DISCOVERY AND PLANNING

The web design process typically begins with Discovery and Planning.

• During this phase, we learn about your business, goals, and target audience to ensure your website aligns with your brand and serves your needs.
• Together, we’ll outline a basic site map, determine the necessary pages, and gather branding materials such as your logo, color palette, and preferred fonts.
• If you’d like custom photography for your website or social media, we offer an optional 45-minute photoshoot at an additional cost (photoshoot applies to the Greater San Antonio area only). This includes capturing images of your business, yourself, and your team to create authentic, engaging content. We’ll also discuss key features you may need, such as an online store, booking system, or contact form.

DESIGN AND BUILD

• We’ll use an easy-to-manage platform that also includes hosting, so you don’t need to worry about technical setup.
• Some of the most popular and user-friendly platforms we recommend include Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify (ideal for e-commerce).

REVIEW AND LAUNCH

• During review and launch, you’ll have the chance to review the full site, give feedback, and request revisions. Once approved, we’ll go live!
• We’ll also run through a final checklist to make sure everything works correctly—links, mobile views, and domain connection.
• Basic training is provided on how to update the site can also be provided if needed.

WEBSITE UPDATES AND REDESIGN

Over time, whether it’s months or years after we’ve built your initial site, you might decide it’s time for a fresh new look—and we’re here to help! We offer redesign services at a discounted rate for our existing clients. If you’d like to refresh your visuals as well, we can also arrange a professional photoshoot to capture updated images for your site (available for clients in the Greater San Antonio area for an additional fee).

PRICING

1. Basic Website (5-8 pages)

• Cost: $1500 – $2,500
• Includes: Home, About, Services, Contact, Quotes (Form), FAQ, etc…
• Ideal for: Local service providers, consultants, solo entrepreneurs

2. E-Commerce Website

• Cost: $2,800 – $8,250+ (Depends on number of pages and products)
• Includes: Basics Website pages, Product listings, shopping cart, payment integration, inventory setup
• Ideal for: Businesses selling products online

Other Cost Factors:

Platform Fees (e.g. Squarespace or Shopify): $17–$80/month

Domain Name: Cost varies based on domain selected and renewal fees

Hosting (if separate): $50–$200/year – Cost varies based on platform selected
