The web design process typically begins with Discovery and Planning.

  • During this phase, we learn about your business, goals, and target audience to ensure your website aligns with your brand and serves your needs.
  • Together, we’ll outline a basic site map, determine the necessary pages, and gather branding materials such as your logo, color palette, and preferred fonts.
  • If you’d like custom photography for your website or social media, we offer an optional 45-minute photoshoot at an additional cost (photoshoot applies to the Greater San Antonio area only). This includes capturing images of your business, yourself, and your team to create authentic, engaging content. We’ll also discuss key features you may need, such as an online store, booking system, or contact form.
  • We’ll use an easy-to-manage platform that also includes hosting, so you don’t need to worry about technical setup.
  • Some of the most popular and user-friendly platforms we recommend include Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify (ideal for e-commerce).
  • During review and launch, you’ll have the chance to review the full site, give feedback, and request revisions. Once approved, we’ll go live!
  • We’ll also run through a final checklist to make sure everything works correctly—links, mobile views, and domain connection.
  • Basic training is provided on how to update the site can also be provided if needed.

Over time, whether it’s months or years after we’ve built your initial site, you might decide it’s time for a fresh new look—and we’re here to help! We offer redesign services at a discounted rate for our existing clients. If you’d like to refresh your visuals as well, we can also arrange a professional photoshoot to capture updated images for your site (available for clients in the Greater San Antonio area for an additional fee).
